Cancellation policy

Subscription, Renewal & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: June 4, 2026

This policy explains how FuturesAI subscriptions are purchased, renewed, changed, and cancelled. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and our Return & Refund Policy. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below. Nothing in this policy removes or limits any right you have under mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot be waived by contract.

1. Subscription Plans and Automatic Renewal

FuturesAI subscriptions are recurring and automatically renew until you cancel. Monthly plans renew every month, and annual plans renew every year at the then-current annual rate. Your payment method on file will be charged at the beginning of each new billing cycle.

Annual plans are billed for the full year upfront at a discounted rate. Basic monthly pricing is $59/mo; annual plans are discounted relative to paying monthly and are billed yearly in advance. Before you complete a purchase, the price, the billing frequency, the renewal date, and how to cancel are disclosed to you at checkout, and we will send confirmation of your subscription on a durable medium (for example, by email).

2. Checkout and Billing

Checkout uses Shopify subscription “selling plans,” and billing is processed through Shopify and Appstle Subscriptions. When you subscribe, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method on file according to the plan you select, until you cancel.

3. Promotional Offers

Current promotion: new customers receive 70% off the first month of the Pro Trader plan, paying $29.70 for the first month. After 30 days, the subscription renews at the standard rate of $99/mo. Promotional pricing applies only to the first billing period unless otherwise stated, and standard rates apply on every renewal thereafter. The post-promotion price and renewal terms are shown to you before you complete the purchase. Promotional pricing does not change your statutory rights or the rules in our Refund Policy.

4. Plan Changes (Upgrades and Downgrades)

You may change your plan at any time through your billing portal. Upgrades generally take effect promptly, and any difference in price is applied fairly (for example, by crediting or accounting for the portion of the period already paid). Downgrades generally take effect from your next billing cycle so that you keep the features you have paid for until then. The applicable terms are shown to you before you confirm a change.

5. Monthly Analysis Quotas

Each plan includes a monthly analysis quota. Quotas reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not carry over to the next cycle. Unused analyses are not credited or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights described in Section 8.

6. How to Cancel

You retain full control over your subscription and may cancel at any time, using the same easy, self-service route through which you subscribed. To cancel, use the customer billing portal powered by Appstle:

  • Manage your subscription at /apps/subscriptions.

  • Access your account area at /account.

You may also contact us directly at contact@futuresaiengine.com. Please note that simply removing or ceasing to use our software, or not logging in, does not stop billing — to stop future charges you must cancel through one of the routes above. If you submit a personal-data deletion request, we will handle it as described in our Privacy Policy, which may include ending your subscription.

7. Cancellation Window and Renewal Reminders

Cancellation takes effect for future renewals. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please process your cancellation at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal date; a cancellation completed after that point will take effect at the end of the following period. Where required by applicable law, we will send a reminder before an automatic renewal (in particular for annual plans) so you can decide whether to continue.

8. Access After Cancellation, Refunds, and Your Statutory Rights

If you cancel mid-cycle, you will not receive a prorated refund for the remaining days; instead, you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which access ends. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.

This general position is subject to your statutory rights. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, the UK, or another jurisdiction granting an equivalent right, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal that may entitle you to a refund, and you are always entitled to a remedy if the service is faulty or not as described. How the withdrawal right works for an immediately supplied digital service — including the express-consent step at checkout and how any refund is calculated — is set out in full in our Return & Refund Policy. Cancelling your subscription and exercising a statutory withdrawal or refund right are different things; cancelling alone does not, by itself, trigger a refund outside those statutory rights.

9. Failed Payments

If a recurring charge fails, the matter is handled using Appstle’s standard dunning and retry procedure. Appstle will attempt to recover the payment according to its default schedule, and your access may be suspended or terminated if payment cannot be successfully collected. Suspension or termination for non-payment does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

10. Price and Policy Changes

We may change subscription prices or update this policy from time to time. For any price change or material change affecting your active subscription, we will give reasonable advance notice (for example, by email or in-app), and the change will apply from your next renewal. If you do not accept the change, you may cancel before it takes effect. We will update the “Last updated” date above when this policy changes.

11. Questions and Complaints

If you have any questions about your subscription, renewal, plan changes, or cancellation, or wish to raise a complaint, please contact us at contact@futuresaiengine.com so we can try to resolve it. Consumers may also be entitled to refer an unresolved dispute to a competent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body; further detail is provided in our Return & Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
