Refund policy
Return & Refund Policy
Last updated: June 4, 2026
This Return & Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations, refunds, and your consumer rights work for FuturesAI (“we”, “us”, “our”). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and our Subscription, Renewal & Cancellation Policy. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below. Nothing in this policy removes or limits any right you have under mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot be waived by contract.
1. Nature of the Service
FuturesAI is a 100% digital subscription service. There are no physical goods, so there is no shipping, no delivery of physical items, and nothing to physically return or exchange.
Access to the digital service is provisioned immediately once your subscription is confirmed. Because the service is delivered and made available electronically, it begins to be supplied to you from the start of your billing period.
2. General Refund Position
Except where you have a statutory right described in Section 3 or Section 4, or where applicable mandatory law in your country provides otherwise, all sales are final and we do not provide refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits for digital subscription purchases, whether billed monthly or annually. This reflects the nature of an immediately supplied digital service.
This general position does not override the statutory rights set out below, which apply regardless of anything stated elsewhere in our policies.
3. Consumers in the EU/EEA, the UK, and Similar Jurisdictions — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction granting an equivalent right, you normally have a 14-day “cooling-off” period to withdraw from a distance contract for a service without giving any reason. For a service contract, this period runs from the day the contract is concluded.
Because our service is supplied digitally and immediately, the following applies:
-
Immediate access with your consent: At checkout you are asked to (a) expressly request that the service begins immediately, during the 14-day withdrawal period, and (b) acknowledge that, once we have fully performed the service, you will lose your right of withdrawal, and that to the extent the service has been supplied you may be charged for what you have already received. Where you give this express consent and acknowledgment, the right of withdrawal is limited or lost as described here.
-
If you withdraw before requesting immediate access: you are entitled to a full refund of amounts paid for the relevant period.
-
If you withdraw after requesting immediate access (where withdrawal still applies): we may retain or charge a proportionate amount reflecting the service already supplied up to the moment you tell us you are withdrawing, and refund the balance. If we did not properly obtain your prior express consent and acknowledgment, you are not required to pay for service used during the withdrawal period and are entitled to a refund of amounts paid.
-
How to withdraw: send a clear statement of your decision to withdraw to contact@futuresaiengine.com, or use the withdrawal/cancellation function provided in your account or billing portal. We will acknowledge your request on a durable medium without undue delay and process any refund due using the same payment method, generally within 14 days.
Note: Whether the withdrawal right is fully lost, partly lost, or preserved depends on the consent captured at checkout. The express-consent step above must be presented and recorded at the point of sale for this section to operate as intended.
4. Faulty, Non-Conforming, or Misdescribed Service
Separately from the withdrawal right, consumers are entitled under mandatory law to a service that conforms to its description and is fit for its stated purpose. If the digital service is materially faulty, not as described, or not provided, you may be entitled to have it brought into conformity (for example, repair or restoration of access) or, where that is not possible or proportionate, to a price reduction or refund. These statutory remedies cannot be waived and apply regardless of the general no-refund position in Section 2.
5. Monthly Analysis Quotas
Each plan includes a monthly analysis quota tied to your billing cycle. Quotas reset at the start of each billing cycle and unused analyses do not roll over. We do not provide a credit, refund, or other compensation for analyses left unused within a billing cycle. This does not affect your statutory rights under Sections 3 and 4.
6. Pricing
Our current subscription plans and pricing are set out below. Refund-related questions generally relate to these amounts:
-
Basic (Starter): $59/mo, or $50.15/mo on the annual plan ($601.80/yr, Save 15%).
-
Pro Trader (Professional, “Most Popular”): $99/mo, or $74.25/mo on the annual plan ($891.00/yr, Save 25%).
-
Institutional (Enterprise): $299/mo, or $194.35/mo on the annual plan ($2,332.20/yr, Save 35%), available via “Contact Sales.”
Annual plans are billed for the full year upfront; the monthly figures shown for annual plans reflect the effective per-month rate after the annual discount. Promotional or introductory pricing (for example a discounted first month) applies only to the stated period; standard rates apply on every renewal thereafter. Promotional pricing does not change the refund rules in this policy or your statutory rights.
7. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer billing portal or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; it takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for (access-until-period-end).
Outside the statutory withdrawal and conformity rights described above, cancelling part-way through a billing period does not entitle you to a partial or prorated refund for the remaining time. For annual plans, cancelling does not refund the unused portion of the prepaid year; access continues until the end of the paid annual term.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at contact@futuresaiengine.com so we can review it and, where appropriate, issue a correction or refund. Initiating a bank chargeback before contacting us can delay resolution. Where a dispute is raised, we may provide our payment provider with records reasonably necessary to respond to it, such as proof of the subscription, access provisioning, and usage consistent with the purchase. We may suspend access to an account while a genuine billing dispute is being investigated. This section does not limit your right to dispute genuinely unauthorized or erroneous charges.
9. Customers Outside the EU/EEA and UK
If you are located in a jurisdiction that does not grant a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right for immediately supplied digital services, the general position in Section 2 applies and sales are final, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection law of your country that cannot be excluded by contract.
10. How to Request a Refund or Withdraw
To request a refund, exercise a withdrawal right, or report a fault, email contact@futuresaiengine.com with your account email and order details, or use the cancellation/withdrawal function in your account or billing portal. We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and to process any refund due to the original payment method without undue delay.
11. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with how we handle a refund or other request, you may refer the matter to a competent consumer dispute-resolution body in your country. EU consumers can find national alternative dispute resolution (ADR) entities through the European Commission’s consumer-redress resources and their local European Consumer Centre. (The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.) Using ADR is voluntary and does not affect your right to bring a claim before the competent courts.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of Spain, where FuturesAI is established. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which you habitually reside, and you may also be able to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
13. Contact
Questions about this policy, your subscription, billing, or technical assistance can be sent to our support team at contact@futuresaiengine.com. FuturesAI, Travesia Monasterio Urdax, 31011, Spain.
